AP UK Plumbing

AP UK Plumbing provides professional plumbing and heating services to residential and commercial customers.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days.

• Prices are based on the information available at the time.

• If extra work is needed, this will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

• Payment is due on completion of work, unless agreed otherwise.

• Late payments may result in additional charges.

• We may stop work if payment terms are not met.

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed or late cancellations may be charged.

• Clear and safe access to the work area must be provided.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

• Materials supplied remain our property until paid in full.

• Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

• Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.

• This does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or work altered by others.

• We carry appropriate public liability insurance.

• We are not responsible for existing faults or hidden issues.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, supplier delays, or access issues.

• Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible.

• Complaints must be made within 7 days of job completion.

We may refuse or stop work if:

• Payment terms are breached

• Working conditions are unsafe

• There is abusive or unreasonable behaviour

We respect your privacy and only use personal information to provide our services, in line with UK data protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
